Fork to Field was founded to solve a simple yet costly problem: valuable food waste is treated like rubbish - and everyone pays for it.
Producers, processors and supermarkets spend millions each year disposing of clean, usable organic material, whilst the agricultural sector struggles with degraded soils as the climate crisis accelerates.
We saw an opportunity to connect these challenges and turn them into a single solution.
