Fork to Field: Transforming Food Processing Waste into Carbon Negative Solutions

Pilot Phase: Onboarding Partners

What We Do

1

Waste Collection

We partner with food processors, distribution centres and growers to collect produce waste, creating a more sustainable alternative to traditional waste disposal

2

Biochar Production

We convert the produce waste into high quality biochar, a stable form of carbon with an array of uses from regenerative agriculture to helping in neutralising industrial activity

3

Carbon Removal

Once verified, this biochar is eligible for carbon credit certification. What was once a problem of disposal is now transformed into measurable environmental and commercial value

Who We Are

F2F Systems is redefining how we think about food waste. We transform clean processing waste into carbon-negative regenerative inputs, reducing disposal costs, cutting emissions and restoring soil.

Specialising in Waste Removal, Biochar Production, and promoting a circular economy, we help you lead the way in sustainable operations.

Why It Matters

Every year, over 9.5 million tonnes of food is discarded in the UK at an estimated value of £14 billion. A further 3 million tonnes is thrown away pre farm gate, at a significant cost to businesses and the climate.

We exist to change that, creating a circular system where waste becomes a resource and carbon is permanently removed from the atmosphere.

From field to fork - and back again.

Our Story

Fork to Field was founded to solve a simple but costly problem: valuable food waste is treated like rubbish - and everyone pays for it.

With the UK biochar market experiencing 27% CAGR, and the carbon credit market expected to exceed $100bn by 2035, we saw a valuable opportunity.

This isn't theory. It's a practical system built to operate at scale.

Meet the

Team

Georgie founded F2F Systems Ltd in 2026.

Having progressed through the Aldi Graduate Scheme, one of the UK's most competitive and operationally demanding leadership programmes, Georgie saw first hand the need for better solutions to food waste.
